Syd graduated from the JCI Hairdressing Program and has spent the past year building her skills at Old Hat through the Prospect Training Program.
Before pursuing it professionally, Syd was always experimenting with her own hair, as well as creating looks for family and friends — and quickly realized that bringing a vision to life was something she genuinely loved.
Syd has a particular passion for blonding and loves the endless possibilities it offers. From a bold transformation to a soft, subtle change, she enjoys how different placements and foil patterns can completely transform the final result. Her approach is detail-oriented and personalized, taking the time to create a blonde that feels right for each individual client.
With her laid-back and easygoing personality, Syd wants everyone who sits in her chair to feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. Whether you prefer a quiet appointment or love getting to know your stylist over a good conversation, Syd is happy to meet you where you’re at.
