Kate Bouttell is an innovative hairstylist that specializes in all things creative and colourful. Having graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2009- this provided an exceptional foundation. Kate chose to continue her education pursuing an elite level understanding in creative cutting, barbering, corrective color, and vivid colour applications.
Kate has a master colour certification from both Pravana and Schwarzkopf Pro. This training provided Kate with advanced techniques and valuable insights into the art of hair colouring. In addition to maintaining her clientele, Kate plays an imperative role as the primary Colour Educator in the Prospect Training – the Old Hat’s junior training program.
With an eye for detail and heart of gold- Kate’s exceptional talent and meaningful insight – has propelled her into a senior leadership position at the Old Hat.
